Brief
The brief was a full refit of the lobby, bar, reception and restaurant of OREA Resort Sklář in Harrachov (Krkonoše mountains) — from space planning through construction documentation to realization. room411 delivered the full design cycle (concept study → space planning → construction documentation → trade coordination → construction supervision).
room411’s broader scope at this resort also includes guest rooms and wellness areas, but these are not the subject of this card — this card covers the realized and publicly awarded lobby/bar/reception/restaurant scope.

The realized lobby/bar/reception/restaurant was awarded in the Interiér roku (Interior of the Year) 2025 competition, category Public Interior I.
